Independent Energy & Infrastructure Advisory
Making complex energy decisions simpler and clearer.
Human-to-human advice from a senior energy and infrastructure adviser — that is cross domain interpreter connecting policy and regulation, engineering, economics and commercial reality to help you challenge assumptions, manage risks and take evidence based decisions that you can act on.

Who We Are
KA Advisors provides independent advice, challenge, due diligence and governance alongside your existing teams, advisers and contractors — testing assumptions and delivery plans, identifying risks early, connecting the different pieces, and strengthening important energy and infrastructure decisions. We work alongside you through critical decisions and negotiations, turning analysis into actionable outcomes and providing governance to help ensure those outcomes are delivered.
Our Principal, Kshitiz Agarwal, brings experience across engineering, energy systems, policy, regulation and commercial environments, working with specialist organizations and experts involved in complex projects and decisions.
We are connecting tissue between realities, deliver pathways and outcomes. We advise on what can actually be delivered — bringing the predictability through right questions, perspectives and specialist expertise together at the right time to help clients move from complexity to clear, practical decisions.

400 MW CCPP to Hydrogen Conversion
It was FOK project, converting an existing 400 MW power asset towards 100% hydrogen operation required technology, validation, commercial and stakeholder interfaces to work in sync. Kshitiz developed the delivery and validation pathway, providing greater confidence and predictability for the customer.
Data Centre Power Strategy
A growing data-centre operator needed reliable power for existing operations and new development amid grid constraints, rising demand and changing prices. A technical, commercial and regulatory assessment shaped a power strategy linking energy supply with expansion and investment decisions.
Green Ammonia Market Appraisal
An investor needed to assess whether the emerging green-ammonia value chain was mature enough to justify investment. The appraisal examined market demand, project maturity, infrastructure, regulation and value-chain risks to clarify where opportunities were viable and where uncertainty remained.
500MW Contractual Conflict Resolution
A major contractual dispute involving a 500 MW power project required structured technical assessment and senior judgement. Kshitiz chaired the process, providing independent technical and project leadership to establish a clear basis for addressing the technical and commercial issues and helping prevent escalation to formal arbitration.
Ireland Security of Supply – TEG project
Ireland needed 900+ MW of reliable temporary generation to strengthen energy security while longer-term capacity was developed. Kshitiz advised government and the national steering committee through procurement, technology and risk decisions, including hydrogen-readiness for the longer-term decarbonisation pathway. 65% of the required capacity was delivered within 18 months.
